About Your Instructor

After being downsized from his job, Fabian Baez found very few promising employment opportunities. 

This led him to think differently and become self-employed. He learned about real estate investing, but was uncertain how to make it work. In 2015, he entered the industry as a New York licensed real estate salesperson. Grinding relentlessly and learning quickly, he became a top agent at a local NYC brokerage. But his true desire was to invest in real estate properties. 

That became a reality in 2019. His first deal was an abandoned two-family property which he had renovated then rented out the units. He self-managed it and made positive cash flow each month. In less than two years, he sold the property for more than double what he paid for it. He used money from the sale to buy a small apartment building. Now he owns commercial multifamily properties. Fabian is using his experience and sensible approach to help new rental investors acquire their first rental deal as soon as possible.
